For those interested, there's a place where you can get tires and tubes for the smaller Worksman wheels that have almost NO tread and look "kinda" authentic. Dick Lemons already has them on his plane. The photo at the right is the new tire compared with one of his old "bike" tires.

Boot Hooks

I've been getting a lot of calls and email about the little boot hooks that Glenn Huff put me on to. Here's a shot of what they look like. They can be attached to sheet metal OR Fabric with pop rivets (as long as you use some kind of backing "Plate" behind the fabric.) They are about 1/2" wide and long.

The Ultimate Nieuport Accessory

A Nieuport 11 clock.
They are made from a 3mm aluminum plate with a clock mechanism bonded to the back and measure 40cm (16") x 19cm (7.5"). Each one is hand-finished. These can be finished in any paint scheme you care to envisage. If you send in a "good" photo of your plane with your order, your markings can be scanned and laser printed onto transfers which in turn go onto the "fuselage." The clock shown above is in the colors of Keith Caldwell who was an New Zealand Ace who shot down 25 aircraft during WW1.
